MBO FOLDING MACHINES
These folding machines have round pile feeders to enable continuous loading of the feeder whilst the machine is folding. The cross-fold sections can be put in line with the first fold section to be able to fold multiple folds in one direction as done for map folding. The machine can fold sizes of A1 down to A5 for bookwork as well.
EUROBIND
For binding perfect bound books with a hot melt glue. The machine has four feeder sections with an automatic cover feeder. The covers are scored on the machine for both the binding spine edge as well as the hinge on the front and back covers.

Maximum thickness 45mm Minimum thickness 2mm
MULLER MARTINI
For saddle stitch books, gathers folded sections, stitches and trims all in one pass. The machine can handle books from as small as A6 to 360 x 300mm.
CALENDAR RIMMING
There are two calendar-rimming machines for multi part or single sheet calendar up to 760 mm wide.
Before we dispatch our quality printed goods they are shrink-wrapped and when necessary dispatched in our branded boxes ready for delivery in our branded vehicles or sent with reliable couriers anywhere in the country.

THREE-KNIFE TRIMMING
The perfect bound books are trimmed on a three-knife trimmer to the exact dimensions as per the required order.
